  • Approx 6 months

  • The best way to understand which programme is for you is through booking a discovery call. Our discovery calls are friendly, relaxed, thorougher and detailed. They are designed to help you and us figure out if coaching is for you and if so which programme would help you achieve your goals.

  • Yes. We appreciate that business life and family has many unexpected twists and turns and so we do all we can to be flexible with sessions and will reschedule to a time that is more suitable.

  • Our programmes are designed to support busy professions and mothers.

    I know how your valuable time is so all our sessions are thorougher so that after the sessions all you need to do is implement and actioning your learnings. There are no essays, projects or presentations to be done.

    There are recommended books to read and podcast to listen to but these are discretionary.

  • Our discovery calls explore where you’re at, where you want to get to and what gaps you have preventing you from getting there. This conversation will help us understand your personal and profession needs and enable us to recommend which modules will be most effective for you to reach your goals.

    All programmes are bespoke and are a combination of Mindset, Strategy and Skill modules

  • The speed of results depends upon how established your business is and how fast you action the learnings from sessions. Some people see dramatic results after 1 session, or even after just the discovery call.

    On average it is usual to expect results after approx 3 modules.
